용도 및 특징
이 작업셀은 세로 (Z), 가로 (X), 기울기 (C) 의 세 축으로 제어되는 수치 제어 침대식 선반으로 피스톤 링 바깥쪽 원 표면의 정밀 가공에 전문적으로 사용된다.선반은 최신 CKA6150을 기종의 수평 침대로 사용하며, 침대 안장 레일과 하단 슬라이더 레일은 모두"플라스틱 부착"을 채택하여 레일의 정밀도를 크게 높이고 사용 수명을 연장한다.칼틀의 세로, 가로, 사방 이동은 모두 교류 서보 모터에 의해 롤러 철봉에 전달되고, 침대 안장 칼틀이 세로, 가로, 사방 3방향 운동을 하도록 이끌며, 직접 쌍좌표를 대체하여 외추면 방법을 삽입하여 가공함으로써 각도 오차를 크게 줄이고 표면의 광결도를 높였다.네모난 칼틀에 전용 공구를 설치하여 여러 개의 칼을 그룹화하여 가공할 수 있어 생산 효율을 높였다.
