용도 및 특징
DX20형 피스톤 링 수치제어 측면 위치 연마기는 국내외의 현재 수동 선반의 장점을 모아 수치제어 장치와 서보전기가 자체적으로 설계 제조한 전용 자동 선반이다.특징은 다음과 같습니다.
1. 서보 모터와 롤러 막대 및 직선 베어링을 이용하여 피스톤 고리를 과도 커버를 통해 가공 커버 (약 80mm 축방향 길이) 에 함께 넣는다.즉, 압축 및 공급 시스템 (2축) 입니다.
2. 공급 완료 후, 서보 모터에 의해 링의 축 방향 위치가 변경되지 않습니다.다시 재료 밀기 서보 모터가 고리를 성형 금강석 사륜 위로 밀어 연마 가공한다.
3. 모래바퀴 모양은 가공 링 호 크기에 따라 사용자 정의할 수 있으며, 모래바퀴의 높낮이는 조정 (미세조정) 할 수 있다.
4. 본 선반은 광수 980 수치 제어 시스템, 일본 안천 서보 모터와 드라이브를 사용한다.
5. 전기 캐비닛은 열교환기(에어컨)로 냉방하고 습기를 제거한다.
6, 본 선반 모래바퀴에 청소구가 준비되어 있으며, 고객이 먼지 제거 인터페이스를 진행한다.
