Automatic biological fermentation system

1. 탱크 매개변수: (사용자 요구에 따라 설계 가능)

탱크 사양은 50L-5000L 전체 시리즈이며 사용자 요구에 따라 설계 및 제조할 수 있습니다.

①구조: 입식, 상평덮개, 하타원봉, 표준클러치, 평엽원반터빈교반장치,

② 재질: 약물에 닿는 부위는 316L, 나머지는 304.

③ 디자인 압력: 내통 0.25Mpa, 클립 0.33Mpa.

④ 조잡도: 내표면 기계포광 Ra ≤ 0.35, 외표면 상하봉두 거울면 포광, 직통체 분사 아광 처리.

⑤ 탱크 액세서리 구성: (사용자 요구에 따라 설계 가능): PH, DO 검사기;깨끗한 세척구;경질합금 + 탄화규소 기계 밀봉, 100% 누출 없음;감속기 믹서하기;다른 프로세스 (샘플링 포트, 가공 포트, 배출 포트 흡기, SIP, CIP 포트 등).

2. 전자동 제어 시스템 (사용자 요구에 따라 설계 가능)

1 믹서: DO 또는 설정값에 따라 인버터가 스스로 속도를 조절한다.

2 공기 흡입: 유량계 자동 제어.

3 탱크 압력: 조절 밸브 자동 제어.

4 PH: 설정치 및 PH계 자체 제어에 따라 연동 펌프로 산, 알칼리를 첨가한다.

5 거품 제거: 거품 제거 전극 자동 제어.

6 액위: 평면식 액위계 또는 기타 액위계, 예를 들어 압차식 등.

7 보충재: 연동펌프 보충재를 사용하여 사용 가능한 시간에 보충재량을 설정합니다.

8 멸균: 손 제어.

9배양온도: 순환물탱크를 사용하여 자체로 온도를 제어하며 온도범위: 30~40 ℃ 0.5 ℃.

10 제어 방식: 모두 컴퓨터 자동 제어를 사용하며, 제어 소프트웨어는 FPC2000 시스템이다.

(2) Material: Contact solution, the rest being 316L parts of 304.

(3) Design pressure: Steel-flue 0.25Mpa, clip set 0.33Mpa.

(4) Roughness: The inside surface of mechanical polishing Ra acuities 0.35, outside surface fluctuation sealing head straight cylinder mirror polishing, sandblasting inferior smooth processing.

(5) Tanks annex configuration: (Can be based on user demand design) : PH, blinding detector, Clean cleaning ball, Hard alloy + silicon carbide mechanical seal, 100% without leakage, mixing reducer, other process (Including sampling mouth, charging mouth, discharging mouth intake, SIP, CIP mouth, etc.).

Second, automatic control system (Can be based on user demand design)

(1) Mixing: According to DO or setting, inverter control speed.

(2) Inlet: Flowmeter automatic control.

(3) Cans of pressure: Regulator self-control.

(4) PH: According to the set value and PH dollars self-control, adopt peristaltic pump plus acid, alkali.

(5) Defoaming: Defoaming electrode self-control.

(6) Level: Plate-type liquidometer or other level gauge, such as the differential pressure, etc..

(7) Fill material: Adopt peristaltic pump filling materials, usable time set fill shoes.

(8) Sterilization: Manual control.

(9) Dhe incubation temperature: Using circulating cistern control temperature, temperature range: 30～40℃±0.5 ℃.

(10) Control mode: Adopt computer automatic control, the control software for FPC2000 system.
