Introduction

WHVD 시리즈 체적식 색모 혼합기는 플라스틱 원료의 1가지 주재료와 1~4가지 색모 재료 또는 첨가제를 비율에 따라 자동으로 혼합할 수 있으며, 사출, 압출 또는 플라스틱 생산에 적용된다.이 시리즈는 하이브리드 스텝 모터를 사용하고 전용 마이크로컴퓨터 컨트롤러와 함께 색모와 첨가 비율을 정확하게 측정할 수 있다.이 혼합기는 각종 성형기 신호와 연결하여 동시에 운행할 수 있어 성형 제품의 성능 일치성을 보장할 수 있다.

WHVD series volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of new materials,regrinds, masterbatch or additives, suitable for injection, extrusion or blow molding field. A stepper motor is used in this series, according to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of ±1%.This doser can connect with various molding machine signals in synchronicity, to ensure the stability of the products.
